LITERATURE

The following is a list of some Al-Anon Conference Approved Literature. You will find that at many meetings, readings from these texts are used as a starting point for discussion and sharing. 

 

Conference Approved means that the World Service of Al-Anon has produced and approved these materials to conform with Al-Anon principles. At Al-Anon meetings we study and quote only Al-Anon Conference Approved Literature.

Daily Readers

These are books that contain a short reading for each day of the calendar year. Many Al-Anon members find it helpful to read a page a day of at least one of these books.
